How does meditation makes coaching better?

Every kind of meditation is about finding out more about yourself, exploring, and feeling more connected to everything around you so you can live a better, fuller life.

Different ways of meditating might look different, but they all aim to help you change the way your brain reacts to fear. Instead of immediately reacting when something makes you scared or upset, you learn to take a moment to look at the situation, think about how you’re feeling, and then choose how to act calmly and kindly.

Meditation also helps you step back and look at yourself and your life from a distance, like you’re watching a movie. This helps you understand yourself better.

During the coaching sessions, we move towards this goal, in your own rhythm, by creating a new mindset for your current situation without judgment and shame.

The solution is within you. I will help you find ways to connect fully to your mind, body and heart. We tend to get so trapped in our head that we have to use our body, and breathe to be able to create more space in our mind to see solutions.
