Format: 4 coaching calls every 4th day (90 minutes), WhatsApp support, daily tasks
Goal: No more gap in between your spiritual and everyday life. I’ll provide you with meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness tools to navigate life independently, feel more content, happier, and cultivate a sense of belonging, reducing the need for external assistance in managing stress, maintaining work-life balance, improving communication both personally and professionally, and nurturing relationships.

- Full support until the next session to clarify any questions and hold you accountable to your practice

At the end of the month, you'll have:
